Articles about most significant events in mathematical life in Russia and abroad are also published here.

HISTORY OF CREATION

Scientific peer-reviewed journal «Zhurnal Srednevolzhskogo Matematicheskogo Obshchestva» was founded in 1997 by the Interregional public organization «Middle Volga Mathematical Society» under the leadership of a talented organizer and inspirer of society and the journal of Professor E. V. Voskresensky.

In 2008, at the XVI International Professional Exhibition “Press”, the journal “Zhurnal Srednevolzhskogo Matematicheskogo Obshchestva” received the Golden Press Fund 2008 distinction in the category “SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, SCIENTIFIC AND POPULAR PRESS”.

May 9, 2023 scientific peer-reviewed journal "Zhurnal Srednevolzhskogo Matematicheskogo Obshchestva" is included in the international database Scopus.
