Distortion that occurs when you restore a high-frequency optical pulses (silicon doped with indium)
E. V. Nikishin1, S. M. Muryumin2, E. E. Peskova3
Annotation | In the article theoretical study of the nonlinear distortion of the restored high frequency optical signal. The calculations made for the photoresistor with recombination centers indium (In). Used parameters typical for crystalline silicon. Found conditions under which the frequency and phase distortion is small. |
