Construction of an energy function for A-diffeomorphisms of two-dimensional non-wandering sets on 3-manifolds

| Annotation | In this paper we consider the A-diffeomorphisms of closed orientable 3-manifolds. Assuming that the non-wandering set of the diffeomorphism consists of basic sets whose topological dimension is two, it is proved that it has the energy function. |
